task on windows returns wrong paths

All the paths are wrong

in windows on desktop and in GitHub actions.

tested on both Powershell and the old CMD, giving same results.

joinPath seems to have make it very unstable.

I started to use joinPath to try to make the paths work on Windows, but caused the Task system to not even startup up sometimes.
