test(integ): re-run rollback-failure-injection to completion (ledger PASS)

Closes #1375

The 0809 sweep recorded this test as FAIL because the run was cut short by the
600s Bash tool timeout mid-destroy, not by any cdkd defect. Re-ran it in the
background so the clamp could not fire.

Result: PASS in 389s — all 8 verify.sh phases completed, destroy reported
17 deleted / 0 errors, and the post-run scan found 0 orphans across state.json,
lock.json, VPC, NAT Gateway, EIP, Lambda hyperplane ENIs, IAM roles and SSM
parameters.

This closes the coverage gap the FAIL left open: the fixture's assertions now
cover the rollback-executor changes from #1361 / #1365 / #1367 / #1369 that had
only been exercised by the sibling rollback-deletion-policy-snapshot fixture.

Marker set: integ-destroy (clean destroy, 0 orphans).
