Use Zig to build?

Would it make sense to use Zig to build (building Clang) instead of GCC - this could simplify Windows build setup and build, e.g. by not requiring mingw,.

This could also make cross platform building available.

Also this could be more consistent for build setup and building instructions between different OS/platforms.

Note: This isn't about using Zig source code - just the compiler/tools.
