Bug: on mobile PWA only, cannot add task on kanban board if task list is full enough to require vertical scrolling

Description

On an Android mobile using Firefox and a Graphene phone using Vanadium (basically Chrome), I have been using the website as a PWA (Add app to Home screen).
I can NOT reproduce this if I use the browser in a traditional manner.
When I am in kanban board view, I cannot add a task if the column has enough tasks that one is beneath the "+ Add another task" button. Clicking the button opens the task beneath instead.

(not related to issue, but some positive feedback: been self-hosting since before 1.0 release and have appreciated this project greatly.)

Browser and version

Firefox 150.0.3 and Vanadium (didn't check version, Chrome fork) across 2 phones (Android and Graphene)
