Cant create desktop shortcuts #1788

- Yes, I have checked and my issue is not related to the game updating and plugins not working correctly.
What did you do?
I am using two FFXIV accounts and before I was able to create shortcuts for each of them so I could directly choose one or the other. Now I have error message everytime I try to create shortcuts. Error message is here: https://prnt.sc/eT_qjNTinVUf (I did not find a way to copy it as a text, sorry).
