Uploading lists with in_file phone_code add 'in_file' string to the phone code column on the db

I suggest discarding the 'in_file' string from the phone_code column
I can send a pull request with a patch if this gets accepted

Can you send in a pull request? This might be the reason why there are several users reporting having "in_file" as their phone code in their lists.
