API - Get validator endpoint is missing a "_" in effective_balance #3130

Describe the bug
Docs say that GET /api/v1/validator/{indexOrPubkey} return effective_balance in the json response. Insteads, it returns effectivebalance
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Call GET
/api/v1/validator/{indexOrPubkey}and parse the response
