Allow disabling context-sensitivity for specific functions

In SQLite we have encountered a function that gets called with many different contexts, but seems to be a bit of an outlier in this respect.
It would be convenient to be able to disable context-sensitivity for specific functions. This should be easily doable at the MCP level.

This should be easily doable at the MCP level.

It might not be as easy as in analyses though because they have access to top, but abstractly Spec.C is not a lattice and has no distinguished elements.
Moreover, MCP operations are carefully written to zip lists with the activated analyses list to get Objs to match up correctly.
