Long delay before being able to log in after installation #15

Hello,

The installation to the harddisc on a laptop worked fine. I could reboot and it booted
decently. One small error was reported (could not load sound installation)

I then typed the user name for login, which worked, then came the password
question. I typed the password and ... nothing happened for perhaps 2 minutes
or so. So I started filing this bug report. As I was writing, suddenly the log in
worked. "startx" also worked and I have the default WM (it's awesomeWM I
think).

I don't know yet what may have caused this or whether this will persist, but I'll
just give some feedback. This was with the most recent .iso from gobolinux
here from this URL:

https://github.com/gobolinux/LiveCD/releases/download/017_rc1/GoboLinux-017_rc1-x86_64.iso

So that is really just some feedback, perhaps someone else runs into similar
issues. (I can not say why there is a delay ... perhaps the sound issue is
responsible but I don't think so ... dmesg does not show much useful
info either ... udevd reoprts "could not read from
/sys/module/pcc_cpufreq/initstate" but that is probably not related to the
issue).

At first I thought it had to do with whatever database is used when people
log in and type their password, and then nothing happens ... but actually
when I messed up my login, there was no long delay, but rather instant
failure message. So I am not sure why there is this delay.
