README.md for Scripts?

Hello,

May a small README be added to Scripts?

A short intro; and also a short example how to update the Scripts from the commandline.

I suppose this is mostly for convenience, so that people could also read this on the www here at github.

(I myself usually put documentation into a doc/ directory but since .md files are so prevalent, I also often end up putting them at the base directory of a tarball.)

Anyway, please do feel free to close this at any time if it is too much work or otherwise be unfit to the GoboLinux Scripts archive.
