UpgradeSystem fails weirdly

When I execute UpgradeSystem on my GoboLinux 016.01, http://gobolinux.org/upgrade/UpgradeScript gets redirected to https://gobolinux.org/. The script then tries to execute an HTML document.

The better way to fail would be printing an error message (and the better way to try would include using https for the URL).

We didn't publish an UpgradeScript yet. I'll look into fixing that -- thanks for the heads up.
