* Run discovery.json through jq -S

* Import newest discovery document from Google

- curl -s https://bigquery.googleapis.com/discovery/v1/apis/bigquery/v2/rest | \
	jq -S >server/resources/discovery.json
- Emptied some fields to minimize the diff: basePath, baseUrl,
  batchPath, mtlsRootUrl, and servicePath
