Issue description

I have configured Windows so that I only need to use a single click for everything, including navigating folders, launching programs, etc. Windows allows this configuration, and it works system-wide.

However, Godot does not respect this setting, and double-clicks are still required to navigate folders in the file menus of Godot.

I suspect this also happens in Godot 4.

Steps to reproduce

I configured the mouse so that I only need to single-click for everything.

I launched Godot and opened a window where I needed to navigate through files, but it still required double-clicks.
