Create a Release Page #209
Description
We want to add a Releases page to the GoFr website that displays recent GoFr releases in a timeline view, with the latest release prominently highlighted.
The page should fetch release data (version, date, and release notes) dynamically and support pagination to load older releases. The UI should follow the existing GoFr website color palette and design language for visual consistency.
Each release item in the timeline should be clickable, opening a detailed view where users can read the full release notes for that specific version.
