eden: make sure the site doesn't break when all NFTs for a member have been burned

This member made a mistake with their profile image. All their NFTs may be burned (not sure about the one being auctioned off.)

1. Genesis contract should burn his token if it's still up for auction.
2. But first, make sure our UI isn't going to break when all NFTs for a schema/template are gone.
