Feature Request: Include OCP route as way to expose

Currently the ways to expose are: Ingress, ClusterIP, NodePort, LoadBalancer and Gateway APIs
Our proposal is include openshift Route as another option

Is this necessary? I have it deployed in OpenShift and with the Ingress that is created by default, OCP creates the associated Routes
