make gen_apis error on mac(Apple Silicon)

Hi,

An error occurs when I run make gen_apis on mac(Apple Silicon).

/Users/test/.rd/bin/docker run --platform linux/amd64 --rm -u 501:20 -v /Users/test/go/src/i.harbor:/Users/test/go/src/i.harbor -w /Users/test/go/src/i.harbor goharbor/spectral:v6.1.0 lint ./api/v2.0/swagger.yaml
Unable to find image 'goharbor/spectral:v6.1.0' locally
docker: Error response from daemon: pull access denied for goharbor/spectral, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login': denied: requested access to the resource is denied.

But I have confirmed that the image goharbor/spectral:v6.1.0 does exist locally, I can see it in the docker images list.

$ docker images | grep spectral
goharbor/spectral                                                  v5.9.1                   84b4c404bff0   3 hours ago      778MB
goharbor/spectral                                                  v6.1.0                   1bd30e46c47a   3 hours ago      882MB

How can I solve this problem?

Current mac Sillicon(arm) is not supported
