Rotate encryption key secretKey

Hi,

I've installed harbor with the latest helm chart. I have not found any guidelines about rotating the secretKey and what are the impacts, except this old thread : #16071
Is it still relevant ?
What happens if I try to change the secretKey ? It says it's used for "encryption" with no more details.

the answer is still right, you have to encryption all the relevant infor after the rotation.
