Working Docker Compose File?

Has any one out there got a minimal working Docker Compose file I could reference?

No Matter what I setup I keep getting this error in the container

Error generating config with cuttlefish

  run `vernemq config generate -l debug` for more information.

I am running this in Docker Desktop on my M1 Mac, but I'm setting the platform to linux/amd64 in the docker compose file.

Any help would be great. I eventually need to get JWT Auth working, so I may be back for more info on what Environment variables I need to set.

I've made a little more progress. I've moved over to a Linux server running docker on ADM64 hardware instead of my M1 Mac on arm64.

I just can't seem to get passed this issue. What am I missing, why is it crashing? It seems to be related to redis I think. Is there a particular version of redis I need to use?
