Documentation on Release Process for golangci-lint

As a user of golangci-lint, when I encounter a bug with golangci-lint or an associated linter, it would be nice to find information on when that fix will be available or how to request a feature to be released.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like a document on GitHub or the website explaining when certain features are to be released to help with further planning around using golangci-lint.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A slack channel or equivalent would be nice. Reaching out via Twitter to get an update.

Additional context

golangci-lint releases fairly often, which is greatly appreciated so maybe it is a matter of just being more patient, but it would be helpful to have some clarity around the thought process of when releases occur.
