The wonderful HLE video plugin has a large set of languages, but there is no Russian, I do not have much experience in translating software, but I really like using programs in my native language, since I do not understand all the terms.
In general, I would like to offer a translation into Russian.
Some phrases are not translated in the translation, as they are missing in the text, but there are very few of them, in general, the translation turned out to be acceptable, if there is a desire to correct, then I do not mind.
If I wrote it wrong, please don't swear, I do not know how to do it differently.
