The user configured dpi scaling never reaches the Qt Window on Pj64 builds.

The logic is missing entirely to propagate the window properties to the plugin Ui constructor, this results in the System Native dpi (in my case 300%) reaching the window when loaded, even at 1080p 125%

This may be a Qt5 issue, RMG uses Qt6.

Weird, I have used GLideN64 (Qt ver.) on my TV display which has 150% DPI scaling and I never faced this issue with PJ64. But I'm using Windows 10 22H2

Also check by any chance if you messed with the EXE's default scaling configuration (right click -> Properties).

On second thought, maybe it's taking my default display's DPI configuration? I'm using the "extended" display with my TV (Win+P). But it looked properly scaled (not too big, not too small). Didn't try changing the main display's DPI.

If the displays recommended is 100%, the reverse will happen, you will get smaller than expected child windows at a user set %125 or %150
