Some blocks shrink vertically when variable dragged in, and some do not expand #154
Description
When dragging a variable, boolean, or reporter into some blocks, the vertical height slightly lowers, and in others does not change. This is a regression from scratch, where it expands. This is especially noticeable on extension blocks, where the icon forces a larger height by default.
