Windows pre-built binary blocked by SmartScreen / Unknown publisher

Hi LiteRT-LM team,
First of all, thanks for providing the pre-built binaries, really appreciate it!
I tried running the Windows binary litert_lm_main.windows_x86_64.exe to quickly test LiteRT-LM, but Windows SmartScreen blocks it, saying:
"Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting."
The publisher shows as "Unknown", so I can’t approve it easily. This makes it difficult for new users to try LiteRT-LM without building from source.
Would it be possible to provide a digitally signed Windows binary, or some safe instructions to bypass this SmartScreen warning?
