Please provide support for a gemma3-4b model in the examples

Description of the bug:

I would be very happy if you could add support to gemma3-4b in the ai_edge_torch/generative/examples/gemma3 directory. I am using the scripts there and they work perfectly. The only problem is that I need to use the 4B version instead of the 1B version, so please update it to support it too :)
