FR: Python 3.14 and 3.14 free-threded support

Currently https://pypi.org/project/ai-edge-model-explorer-adapter/ has no wheels for Python 3.14

In addition, we'd also like wheels for Python 3.14 free-threaded mode now that it's officially supported.
