Persistent cloud anchor - Re localizing same anchors, localizes immediately at camera position.

after long ar session or disturbances (low light, blocked camera, shaking) my anchor drifts away. I`m trying to re localize the anchor.
But at least on IOS, if device can`t immediately see scanned area, it still re-localizes but at camera position.
