New PyPI Release

Hey,

Would you guys be so kind as to cut a new release of meltingpot wheels to pypi? We depend on meltingpot for https://github.com/Farama-Foundation/Shimmy, and without new wheels being released we can't correctly support adapting meltingpot to the gymnasium/pettingzoo API like we try to do for deepmind's other projects

We are trying to get this done, but the issue isn't on the meltingpot side. The problem is that meltingpot depends on dmlab2d. We are trying to get them to build a new dmlab2d wheel, but have not succeeded. I believe that they need to accept this PR: google-deepmind/lab2d#40. Maybe if you posted an issue on the dmlab2d side explaining the need then it would help.
