Hi,

Wanted to understand a couple of things regarding Torax

We provide equilibrium files in geometry section using Chease or other framework, does torax compute time evolving parameters(Te,Ne) based on provided equilibrium file or Equilibrium also evolves with time inside torax.

There is no equilibrium update step in TORAX, so the equilibrium is frozen at the one that is externally provided.

The one case that is different is when you provide a sequence of geometries:

A sequence of different geometries at different timesteps can be provided at config, and the various Geometry objects are constructed upon initialization. These are packaged together into a GeometryProvider which, interpolates a new Geometry at each timestep allowing for dynamic time stepping.

This sort of question should really be in a discussion, so I'll convert it now.
