Course pathways are empty / broken UI across all units – QuotaExceededError and 400 error

Hi, I'm experiencing a critical issue with the Android Basics with Compose course.

All course pathways appear blank (0 activities), even those I've already completed. This happens:

• When signed in
• In incognito mode
• In different browsers (Safari, Chrome)

My browser dev tools show:

• QuotaExceededError: Quota exceeded
• 400 (Bad Request) from developerprofiles-pa.googleapis.com

This started happening today and is completely blocking progress across all units.
I’ve cleared cache/cookies, tried other accounts and nothing works.

Please escalate this issue — it looks like the devsite back-end has broken loading of course contents.
