In which task and step of the codelab can this issue be found?
Task:Add button handlers to StartOrderScreen
step 1

Describe the problem
It says to open StartOrderScreen.kt however no such class / file is found in the starter code and no instructions for if we have to create one. I checked the solution code just to make sure but there was no such thing as StartOrderScreen anywhere.
