Wider audio element

Could we make the audio element width: 100%? Some folks have mentioned it's difficult to skip around the podcast.

I know it's a trivial change, but I couldn't figure out the right place to set it.

We could either add a custom widget, or an {% include "audio-podcast.html" with some parameters, or even define a custom_css_path to a dedicated HTTP203 project.yaml file but this is a lot for work for such a trivial change.

I'd recommend simply add style="width: 100%" to <audio> for now. What do you think @petele?

Yah, adding style="width: 100%" to the audio element is likely the easiest, there are other ways, but this is only applicable on a few pages...
