Feature Request - Chrome devtools network interceptor / mock

I have been using chrome devtools for front Dev works, one of the feature Block request URL is really great when mocking negative case during front end development. I hope we can have similar feature could be expanded.

What needs to be done?

can we mock/intercept the response per url/endpoint, so without any other server/service setup, user can change the request response, and mock it locally in the dev tools.
