Feature Request: Prefix Copyright Text with SPDX Tag

Currently the copyright text is provided as a comment.

In the same way the license is prefixed with the SPDX-License-Identifer: tag, could this be prefixed with the SPDX-FileCopyrightText: tag per https://spdx.github.io/spdx-spec/v2.3/file-tags/#h2-file-tags-format ?

This would make machine parsing a bit easier and avoid some false positives when copyright appears in other contexts.

This sounds reasonable. To preserve the existing default behavior, I think it should be controlled by a command-line flag.
