Production ready template to deploy google adk on bare metal

I ended up spending a significant amount on Google Cloud credits while experimenting, so I decided to stick with self-hosted infrastructure for my personal projects. Even so, I wanted to continue building AI agents using Google ADK.

I found that deploying ADK in a self-hosted, production-ready setup was more complex than expected, since it typically requires multi-stage Docker builds, OpenTelemetry observability, and other operational components.

To avoid repeatedly solving the same infrastructure problems and to focus more on building agents, I created a template that addresses these challenges. You can find it here:
