[BUG]: broken git clone link in notebook

Description of issue

Notebook references an agent in another repo and the agent has been moved to another path.

Reproduction steps or code

run the notebook. The "git clone" step fails because the agent in the remote repo has been relocated.

Created a PR to pin the agent path to the remote release tag and updated the path to where the agent resides on the v2.1.0 branch.
