Demonstrate X-FHIR-Query capabilities

There has yet to be a proper demo to showcase X-FHIR-Query capabilities.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add X-FHIR-Query demonstration in the demo app.

For example:

1. Have a text field that accepts X-FHIR-Query, user fills in the query, then tap enter
2. The register then show the list of resources that matches the query
