Verify and cleanup apache patches

Patches found in src/third_party/apache2 do not seem to be current because versions in the patch files .e.g. httpd-2.2.* are all over the place.

Current version of Apache is httpd-2.2.32 but I saw patches from httpd-2.2.2*
Hence it makes sense to verify one by one
a ) If we really need that particular patch.
b) If required, regenerate, if not required, discard it.

I moved this to the 5.2.1 milestone because it doesn't seem to have any effect on the operation of Apache.
