Update documentation referring to disconnected add-on #272

Description
Support pages 6051700.html and 3499396.html refer to the disconnected add-on. We need to update the documentation to reflect the current state of this add-on: is it still available? Is it automatically installed? Do the installers need to be updated to include it? etc.
