manifest v3 timeout while remapping layout

I try remapping my  arabic layout to arabic lulua layout(https://6xq.net/%D9%84%D8%A4%D9%84%D8%A4%D8%A9/), while it is working, it's not for long, there's a timeout about 30 second. then the input registered fall back to the original unremapped layout that I based upon.

for the time i can still use manifest v2 as a workaround and it's working perfectly fine.
