In the ViewDefinition editor, add an option for fetching resources from the FHIR server

This is a follow-up to #995 and the idea is to add an option to fetch real resources from the FHIR server, then apply the provided ViewDefinition on them. The resources can be random ones, or ones specified by their IDs.
