Add a progress bar to the control panel for incremental run

Progress bar has been implemented in the control panel for batch run as part of this ##449. However the incremental run currently consists of two pipeline runs and the current solution supports collecting metrics only one pipeline at a time. We need to implement a strategy so that the metrics from both the pipeline runs can be collected and reported to the progress bar.
