Stop scrolling when last item is on screen

How can we make the scrollable_positioned_list stop scrolling when the last item entered the screen, and not when it reaches the beginning of the sceen?

Would also be interested in a solution for this. I guess it would be desirable to configure where exactly the item should show up anyways. Maybe with configurable padding or an option to put it in the center or at the end of the list.

@steve-cahn Could you please provide details and specific reproduction instructions? Is this an iOS issue?

A sample app that reproduces the problem would be great; a failing test case would be even better.
