Move inline links from body paragraphs to final links section

Per the editorial guide, <a> tags should only appear in the final
links paragraph. This unwraps inline hyperlinks from body text in
17 bios and moves ALL URLs to the final links paragraph with
proper formatting:
- Website(s) first, then social profiles alphabetically
- Domain name for websites, platform name for social media
- Google Fonts specimen links preserved as "Font on Google Fonts"
- HTTPS where available, target="_blank" on all links
- No URLs removed — every original URL is preserved
