Remove inline links from body paragraphs, move to links section

Per the editorial guide, <a> tags should only appear in the final
links paragraph. This unwraps inline hyperlinks from body text in
17 bios, keeping the text content, and moves the URLs to the final
links paragraph with proper formatting:
- Website first, then social profiles alphabetically
- Domain name for websites, platform name for social media
- HTTPS where available, target="_blank" on all links
- Deduplicated by domain (sub-pages consolidated to main domain)

Google Fonts specimen links (fonts.google.com) are not moved since
they are references, not the designer's own links.
