Add option for simulating data with CLI

`garf-core==0.8.0` added support for simulation of API results with `ApiReportSimulator.simulate` method.

* Need to add support for to `garf` CLI tool in `garf-executors` with `--simulate` flag.
* Double check that unnecessary macro parameters are not required during simulation
