• Add support for workflows

  * Workflow consists of multiple steps that should be executed. * All the parameters such as queries (texts and paths), writer, fetcher and query parameters can be specified in a workflow. * End users can run workfow with `garf -w workflow-file.yaml`. * Should be an option of reading a file from remote (like raw.github). * Some of the parameters (i.e. query_parameters, fetcher_parameters, possible writer) could be overwritten during runtime (`garf -w workflow-file.yaml --macro.start_date=:YYYYMMDD-90`)
