PDF report improvements

Follow up on the initial implementation #3715

• Move the QR code with the location on a separate PDF page, ideally as the first page and with a different page size (A5) if feasible

• Display the geometry of the LOI as an image in the PDF report #3839 ideally showing also neighboring geometries

• Adjust content positions:

• Add 'Date' above the submission date in the header

• Replace Job with Submission in the header. The submission should still be shown as the first line in the file, before the table with the data, bold and with a bigger font size. The job can be displayed below it

• Replace current QR code location with LOI map image

Rather without neighboring geometries. We could explore showing them if "Data visibility" is toggled on in Ground web platform.

For the geometry as image in the report, please also consider:

• Adding north arrow
• Adding scale
• Displaying at the center of the A4 page.
