Test arch linux magika package

Someone created an arch linux package for magika: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python-magika

We need to test this properly.

There isn't much to test - arch packages are usually thin wrappers over the source code.

I'm interested in making sure that the arch package is safe, but I'd leave the maintenance of the package to the Arch community: they know their packaging system the best, they know what they are doing, and they can fix it if it's broken quicker than we can.
