Can you submit a PR to update project.yaml with your email and get one of the listed maintainers to approve?

I am a maintainer of flatbuffers yes -- I have seen two of these issues come up and have no way to be actionable about them. @aardappel (referenced in the PR) is also a maintainer (and the original project creator) and they also do not have access.

@jonathanmetzman I am the original creator of the project, but have since left google, and I am still semi-active guiding the project. @jtdavis777 is an active maintainer that has push access, and most likely to be able to act on any oss-fuzz issues. Derek Bailey (the official maintainer on the google side) is very inactive externally at the moment, you could ping them internally at google if you want further confirmation.
